چکیده
The main goal of this study was to develop an efficient, green approach for the valorization Tetradesmus obliquus biomass, with zero waste. This microalga selected because it is widespread, resistant, easy cultivation, and fast-growing. In first step, supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO2) extraction followed by rapid gas decompression used biomass. following step apply ultrasound-assisted (UA), microwave-assisted (MA), subcritical water (SW) on ScCO2-treated biomass determine most efficient processing technology. SW demonstrated be a superior technique over MW UA regard yield antioxidant content. Moreover, chemical microbiological profiles extracts were determined evaluate their potential safety. addition, create procedure waste, solid waste after (residue) analyzed. organic profile residues contained compounds that belong groups aliphatic saturated hydrocarbons, unsaturated alkylated ketones, phenols, esters.
